This form allows me to speak to your lender on your behalf. It may be used when we're working on a loan modification or a short sale or any other time when you need me to speak with your lender.
This form is used when you want me to pull your credit report. Please fill it out legibly and accurately. Every time anyone pulls your credit report, the information that's entered is verified with the information already contained in your report. If a different spelling is used for your name, another address is used or something else is slightly differet, that information will be added to your credit report.
The following documents are useful maps showing the boundaries for various local school districts. For every property you're considering purchasing, please check with the county and the specific school district to verify the exact disctrict and school your children would attend. The school district boundaries can change from time to time and it's also possible that a given school may not be able to accept any more students and would assign your children to a different school.
The following documents show what the monthly payments would be for a specific loan amount at a given interest rate. The documents show the amounts for 30 year fixed rate, 15 year fixed rate and interest only loans.
When you qualify for a mortgage loan, you will be shown the maximum amount you qualify for. Remember that in addition to the mortage payment, you will also need to pay property tax (roughly 1.25% of the purchase price, often 1/12th of this amount is collected monthly into an impound account) as well as insurance and perhaps HOA (home owner association) dues. Make sure that you will be comfortable with these montly obligations. You certainly don't need to purchase the most expensive home that you're qualified for. There are many wonderful properties available at all price levels.
